Default AK vs. short stack...how awful is this

25NL table on party LATE at night... only 5 left at the table, and they are all short stacked... ???

Villain is 50/8 over only 12 hands (pretty worthless)

Thoughts on this hand?

I figured villain was unlikely to have the straight, since I raised preflop and he would need a 5.

The flush is possible, but it showed up on the turn/river so less likely.

Should I have bet this turn after a 3rd club didn't fall?

How about the river, as played, was raising here bad? Should I have just called?
