Another update. I forwarded the form letter response to their Promotions Manager. I only added one line to the top: "You've gotta be kidding me...." I got this response later in the day.

This is good enough for me to wait out the month. Even if they come up with a decent program, if I don't get compensated for the MGR I've already generated in December, I'm probably moving on to some other site(s).
