I find stats to be useful in the micros because of the very high turnaround in opponents. Dozens of different players, played with for a couple score hands at a time, spread out over months would be hard to remember. At least with stats I can see that last time we played together, this guy was playing tight, or that guy was spewing chips like Mardi Gras beads, or whathaveyou.
Players I encounter often enough to remember myself, I generally don't NEED the stats. Though I do like the PT function of exporting known raising hands.
