You've got quite a few assumptions running through this postulate, and I think you're confusing "I expect to be good here 1 in 6 so I'll call with my A-high" and "I win 17% of SDs with high card and the pot is 6 BB so I'll call."

The W$SD won't change (since it only deals with hands that you showed down) but the aggregate money won or lost should move pretty dramatically.
