Wrong.
Peyton's rookie year (1998) they went 3-13. They had one blip after that, in 2001 (6-10). Every other year they've won at least 10 games. I'll grant you they haven't been great in the playoffs, but "sucked" is a little too strong.

The Colts pretty much sucked in 1998, 1999, 2001, and 2002. Wow, weird saying that a team that went 13-3 sucked, but that team wasn't very good at all.
It's really only been the last three years that they've been good. And 2000.
