Wow I looked at this again and somehow completely misread the turn action the first time... (I think the title led my eyes right to the river).
A stop and go makes no sense to me here at all. If we are betting again it should certainly be on the turn and I think theres some good reasons to do so. The straight is pretty unlikely even for this guy. We can feel pretty good about folding to any further raises given the flop texture. Finally, villian is aggressive enough to bet many hands we beat or draws we are ahead of.
