Personally I'd call the (first) re-raise and see what happens on the flop. If I'm going to raise and he comes over the top I'm laying this hand down to an unknown player (or a good player) and I'd consider calling against an LAG (although I wouldn't always call). Maybe I'm weak, but that's the way I'd play it.

EDITED TO ADD: In most cases you're looking at a coinflip at best and there are better spots to get your money in (LAG's will make this with a broader range of hands such as JJ-TT, maybe 99...some crazy LAG's will make it with any two cards so it becomes profitable to call in those situations)
