It's still wrong. I'm not going to keep arguing this. When you say: "The victim's families wanted him put to death and that is all that matters." That is just plain wrong. It isn't all that matters. They aren't "the only ones with say in this matter." Crimes are committed against society. Crimes are charged "The People" or "The State" against the person. We don't charge them "The victim's families" versus "Tookie."

When you say "If someone kills someone you love and you want them spared then that is your choice." You are again, wrong. It is the jury's choice.

You really aren't helping your argument by placing your incorrect assertions into "context" as no context improves your blatantly false assertions.
