"huge stacks" sounds to me like 50-60BB at that level? How many people do you have?
As more people play, you need to increase time per level otherwise you end up with far more gambling and you get to a 300/600 level and a couple people have 10x the chips everyone else and it doesn't hurt that much to go at it with marginal holdings.
