i wouldn't do it. this really looks like a set or T9 too much for me. i mean i guess Q7 is possible, but is he betting any other hand on the flop that is going to bet/3-bet the turn?
if 3-bet i really think it's just a flat out marginal call probably between -0.2 and 0 EV.
