I just cashed out a party and they sent me this email:

Dear ddutty:
All cash outs must first be "approved" by our internal review team (to
ensure fairness) before they are processed by our redeems department,
this is why the current status of your request reads: "Pending Approval"
the review normally takes 24-48 hours. However, this process is faster
for players who have completed and returned the Preferred Player
Application with supporting documents (available from the Banking options or
http://www.pay-pro.com/preferred_member.html).

You can check the status of your cash out anytime by selecting "Go to
Cashier" from the Banking menu, then clicking on "History" followed by
"Where is my money?".

Checks will only be mailed or couriered to your registered address. To
change your mailing address for future cash outs, please login to the
poker software and click "My Account" followed by "Update Personal
Info".

Ive never seen this email before...maybe its just a ploy to get me to send more personal info for "preferred player" program. Usually it just puts money in my neteller account in an hour or two. I hope my cash out has "fairness"
has anybody else gotten this?
