Hand 1: I woulda played it the same way, and then folded to the flop raise.
Hand 2: I raise preflop. Since you limped, I would've folded to the raise and reraise preflop.
Hand 3: Would've bet a little less on the flop, say 175. Then I usually check behind the turn, and see what happens on the river. I don't hate the way you played it, though.
Hand 4: Probably good. Somewhat read-dependant, though.
Hand 5: Too big of a raise pf, IMHO. Fold the flop.
