I think you're overanalyzing this. Firstly, he could just be like, meh, I have tp, bet it. Secondly, he could be milking you with a flush or some other hand he deems milk worthy. Thirdly, a bunch of bluffs beat you. I understand what you're saying and why you made the call, but you've painted a story that reaches the conclusion you want it to. Yeah you can win this hand, but it's not nearly enough to call on the end here IMO, and apparently that of some other posters.
