2) Depends. Get Poker Tracker for Omaha
(link) and do some heavy data gathering, you'll know who the sharks and fish are. Then it's pretty much just table selection, hand discipline, and proper aggression. At full ring, I'm just under 2BB/hr. At 6-max I'm over 4. Roughly the same number of hands. Shorthanded, you'll play more hands, so variance should be higher, but the opposition at these levels is pretty weak, leading to a happier Boolean.
3) During peak hours, Party usually has 2 or 3 full ring games and 5+ 6-max tables at both the 1/2 and 2/4 levels.
