Is this ussually a limp or a raise?
Other info: Table image was TAG, maybe a bit bullyish, I had everyone covered and took down most pots without show down. The way the table was flowing lends itself towards raising here, but is it generally the standard move? How bout a PP slighly lower or slightly higher?
