There's a mathematical answer for this, if your goal is to maximize the $ you make (I'm not trying to be sarcastic; improving as a player might be more important than making $).

If it is to maximize $, establish a rough winrate at 3/6. Shouldn't take too long 6 tabling. Compare the relative winrate at 3/6 and 5/10, taking into account the extra hands/hour.
