fold preflop, fold flop.

You probably have about 3.5 outs to the straight (you have no reason to think that SB / MP2 have a FD > 50% of the time I think)

However you don't have enough outs to call here profitably, the pot is quite small and there isn't much action. I doubt there will be enough to make up at least 3big bets.

After he raises the flop you are getting 4.5:1 and this is a clear fold, it may even be raised again costing you further. Although the action has now increased you are looking to make up 6 big bets or so.

The fold after the 3-bet is in my opinion far easier than the fold after the sb bets out.
