Where are your reads
Assuming no reads and avg 2/4 players, I think betting is the worst option as the pot is small but these sort of players will call with a wide variety of hands. I like spydog's C-R (he does a nice analysis). As 2/4 is not too agressive I don't think you will be played back by a A-high or something but only from a better hand so you can safely fold.
Still I would check-fold but I'm not insisting on that play too much.
