No, it isn't.
It's a low form of activity, engaged in by inferior-minded and incredibly rude and inconsiderate persons. Persons who were obviously raised in a barn, or in the hills or backwoods in an inbred colony, or something like that.
It's NOT alright to be a complete jerk. A person may have the "right" to be a total jerk, but that doesn't make it "alright."
