I don't have a strong opinion yet, but there is one important thing to keep in mind: getting sued costs us (Mason) a lot of money even if we win. If there has been a precedence for such suits (as I have heard there has been) then it's not worth the risk.
In a case where a poster asks us to remove his links to my space, I think the request should be granted immediately. If nobody complains, I suspect this diminishes any risk quite a bit.
Just in case I wasn't clear. I worry that if poster's request is denied and he reports this to the girl in question, she may think this is enough reason to sue.
