IN a vaccum, with no reads (stats alone are not reads), I simply call. A flop c/r tells me I'm the underdog at the low limits. I'm more inclined to assign a flop c/r to mean 'draw' at the higher limits, where you enoucnter more tricky players. You have the odds (w/ implied odds) to pair up and win this pot, if you improve.
