I agree with Bluff, this is a very easy raise. I think that your first problem is raising preflop in bad position and being the first one to raise it PF. Your hand is not that good post-flop especially OOP. The flops you're looking for is Axx (no flush and no straight), 89J (no flush), 77x, 1010x, and 2-3 diamond flush on flop with no paired board. This is not going to come that often, no need to raise this PF. But unless I have a very good read on both players there is no pushing here (there is no calling as well)
