Against someone playing 56% of the pots, I probably re-raise here. He will probably call.

How was his post flop aggression factor? If he is relatively passive after the flop, I probably just call here to. The spades on the flop are a little scary, so I would raise just about anyone else on the flop.

I'm inclined to go all in on the turn as well (against this type of player), however I don't like it much. That card may a straight and a flush possible. The straight doesn't seem likely, but a flush is certainly possible here. A raise on the flop probably would have given you a better idea of where you are at on the turn.
