None that I know of.

NYC has a salary structure that sounds insane to anyone who doesn't and never has lived there (secretaries that DON'T put out often make 45k+) but . . . 18k/year for rent ?

(The 45k is gross take home; a single person wd be lucky to clear 65% of that after NYS tax, NYC tax, etc. which would mean half their take home was going to the landlord)
