i check the turn and villain #1 bets 200 and i call

heads up to the river for about 1400 chips. and it comes a low blank. i think it was a off 4.

i check and villain #1 bets 400. the call would leave me with roughly 600 chips so before the call i have roughly 1000 chips. what does hero do?
