I would fold to the reraise preflop. You're going to be playing OOP with a likely dominated hand against a big stack. I've just started to get back into tournment play though so who knows.

As played I check the flop. Best case you get a free card. Not sure if I would call if villian pushed, would really depend on if I got any reads. Same thing if he bets small, if it seems weak, I c/r all in, if he seems strong I don't c/r b/c basically every tourney I've ever played in they are never folding an overpair here.
