Unfaithful definitely gave me a semi. Mullholand Drive is difficult to beat of movies that I have seen anyway (I do not see a lot of movies).
Also, there is a pretty decent hosing scene in Double Impact where Jean-Claude is dreaming about mounting up on his twin brother's girl.
