Re-read what you wrote about the villian. Why would you push the turn if he reads you for a bluff?

I have no problem with checking a flop like this once in a while. But when he checkraises, you are either way ahead or drawing to two outs. He folds 100% of the time you are ahead, and calls 100% of the time he is ahead (since he'd have to have a fullhouse).

Just call the turn and see what he does on the river.
