Call 3 bets into a 15 bet pot with no more raises possible--this is a MUST CALL. No soul searching needed here. If you lose it will be more than you would like with a draw but if you win it will be correspondingly enormous to what would be usual.
That's why the 2+2 authors tell you these games can be extremely profitable but with huge swings in the process. Some players are not comfortable with this. If so, get out of this game. If you can't play correctly you will definitely lose.
