Default Weird FirePay account suspension

So I logged into my firepay account for the first time in six months, looking around for a place where I can register a new bank account. I couldn't find it, but as I was clicking the various links all of a sudden it tells me my account is suspended due to suspicious activity and tells me I'm supposed to fax them a copy of my bank statement and drivers license.

Then I get this e-mail:

Bizzare.. My firepay account is connected to an old, cancelled bank account, so I don't think I need to worry about getting ripped off, but should I bother faxing in those things? I think I might just use NeTeller from now on.
