Shrug. I wash my hands after using the Commerce restroom because I like getting the green/black felt residue out from under my fingernails. But if it weren't for that (and the societal pressure reasons I mentioned in OOT long ago), I wouldn't wash my hands after making a tinkle.

But since I do wash, I do it, "like a surgeon," sayeth Jeff. I dunno, though. I've only scrubbed all the way to my elbows twice.
