The LKG tournament is normally a 200+ player affair.
As a PokerRoom.com player you should always be able to expect far more than finding yourself playing 4-handed in a featured $50+4 tournament.
Hence it has been decided conjointly by Games and Support that regardless of the fact that players may or may not have been able to connect to the tournament server during the period in question, we have refunded all players.
The refund is already in your account and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Hopefully you will not run into any similar mishaps during your coming ventures on PokerRoom.com.
