Don't like the check on the flop, your just asking him to suck out on you. The pots big enough to win right there, so bet the pot and define your hand, then evaluate the turn. No reason to slowplay here, I think a lot of cards could get you in trouble on the turn: a straight card, if the Q or T pair or if an ace hits.
