Theres nothing wrong with limp reraising a guy like this with a-k...you put the pressure on him and now HE is forced to put all his money in with what he figures to be at best a coin flip and dominated a lot, thats his problem now. And if you were to hit a set on the 7-4-2 board...you lead into this maniac..he'll think your weak and will raise you..and if he actually has a hand, he'll definately play it for all his money.
