I feel the need to do this because typically my opinions are worth more than the opinions of others. If some random guy makes a comment, people may not care, but if I quote it, as if to say "I agree with this guy," then people are more likely to listen.

Quite funny, but you need to become much better known as someone who makes gobs of money playing poker before that becomes true.
