Yes I just ordered How good is you limit hold'em .. If Ed Miller gives it five stars, it really is a must have
It really is hard to compare some of the above book, But Harringstons effort is really really fantastic ...
Vol 1 is imho the best source for nolimit playing whether it is cash games or early stages tourneys
and
Vol 2 and Harringtons inflection points chapter is gold (learning to being able to push all in with any two cards in low M situations have won me many SNG's and a couple of MTT's)
Funny thing though ... after learning to play very aggressive in the later stages of tourneys made it easier to beat limit cashgames (and understand Ed's points in SSHE)
