Rinse. Let dry overnight. Use the grout sealer. Repeat the sealer the next day. Do it a third day if you're not sick of it. Apply one coat of the sealer every 6 mos and it shouldn't happen anymore.

i put some sealer on initally about two years ago, didnt know i should reapply, fark!
