With that flop UTG statiscally will loose more than win. He got lucky.
If Hero would have reraised him preflop considering hero's position on him he probably would have reriased you large or all-in. So bad move there.
If hero checked the flop and called bad move there.
A check raise is a decent play but probably wouldn't have got rid of him.

Here's the thing. UTG raises preflop, calls post flop raise, CHECKS when the A hits. Smells fishy
In low limts I would see a fish drawing a flush but at these limits players get tricky and don't really call raises with draws. They eaither raise or fold. imo
I think hero could have saved some money by checking the turn and calling a smaller bet from UTG instead of the all-in.
I don't know, it just seems tricky. That turn check.

UTG could have AK spades. there's no way you can put him exactly on AA. everyone should go broke here.
