Easy. Stop drinking beverages with sugar or high fructose corn syrup.

I think I recall reading that some people who take too much supplemental vitamin C get this sometimes too, but it's not very common. Many people take enormous amounts of Vitamin C and pretty few actually get kidney stones because of it.
