I think you and the OP are looking for a quick fix for a problem that can't be solved in one posting. I think we at OOT should give you advice, and then in one week, you let us know how things are going, and we will give you more advice. I think if we do it like this we can get to the root of the problem. Now, it is doubtful that either of your insurance plans will cover this, but I know Shakes can pay with sports betting information and maybe you can teach me how to go longer than 3-4 minutes.
