Well, the good news is you're almost certainly not drawing dead.

Against an unknown here, I think I like calling and leading a blank turn folding to a raise, seems unlikely he'd raise you with a worse hand or a draw after that action.

If the draw hits the turn, I would be torn between bet/folding, check/folding and check/raising as a value bluff, depending on the player.

Then check/call blank river if he just calls. If it hits... block bet a passive player, probably check/fold v. an aggro.
