Who is Borf?
Borf is the pseudonym of a graffiti artist who is primarily based out of DC, but as I'm sure you've noticed, has left his mark elsewhere. Borf was the nickname of a childhood friend of his who committed suicide a few years ago, and now he tags the name Borf with weird slogans all over the place as a tribute to him.
