Asking how to play preflop is a huge question and one that I don't feel qualified or inclined to do. If you have SSHE, I would re-read the preflop sections and try to incorporate many of the ideas into your game.
You are playing in games with loose players. If 4 or 5 are regularly seeing the flop, you should be looking for situations to raise when you have a probable equity advantage and looking to see cheap flops with small pairs, high/medium suited connectors and high unsuited connectors. etc., etc.
