Bet/Fold the flop. If you're not going to do that, either fold the turn or shove the turn and hope to God your third-nut flush is best.
Calling the turn and folding the river is insane -- if you thought your jack-high flush was good enough to call the turn, why not the river? Your hand had no chance of improvement post-turn. Either push or fold, don't give 400 chips away and THEN fold.
