Your employer should offer you COBRA coverage which you can generally get for 18 months (although I don't know if theres any regulations since you were at your job for such a short time). Check with the company's HR department, I'm sure they can get you the info.
As for your address, I'm not an insurance expert and I don't have any exact information but NJ has some high health insurance rates. I'd at least look into the possibility of changing your residency as it might make a big difference if you go on your own to get insurance.
