I would raise preflop and cap the river. Raising preflop gives a stronger impression of my hand and gives us some fold equity after the flop (I like to play really aggro PF at 6-max). Sometimes you see a loose-passive moron taht didn't raise preflop and called to the river with KQ, but most of the time I think you're up against a crappy 2 pair or maybe even a lone ace.
