I like letting him bluff all the way to river, NH.

A raise will freeze up KK,
A raise will get your 3bet by AA(QQ/JJ).

"I had raised after he limped 3-4 times in the last 10hands before this one, so he is likely annoyed right now" Haha!!! Love it.
