the applicable chapters in Super System Vol. 1 (High) and Vol. 2 (High/Low) are fine if you already have those books.

Roy West does the job but it's overpriced IMO and somewhat of a dull read. solid fundamentals though, and find it used if you can cause it's been in print for a long time. market price is probably $10 vs. list price of $20 (used to be $25).

one book which I think is underrated is "Get The Edge At Casino Poker" by Fred Renzey, which covers HE, both 7CS high and split, and omaha split all in one, and it's only $14.95. he wrote the excellent "Blackjack Bluebook II" and his poker teachings are equally efficient.
