Default ($22) ITM, Big Blind with KK, can I let em go?

Villain seems to be a decent player. He has been show down a couple weak hands earlier however. I have a tight image and have been playing nothing but solid hands.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (3 handed) converter

Button :#A500AF(villain)/ (t5268)
SB (t3012)
Hero (t5220)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

Could I honestly make a case for letting the kings go after
his reraise? That raise looks so much like aces. I didn't have the heart to let em go 3-hands though. Thoughts?
