How many kill tables at each level? Just one?

I wonder how that would affect the potential players. Do the LAGs go for the kill games while the rocks and fish play the regular games? What is the advantage of a kill game? I have only played 1/2 kill a couple of times in Vegas and Tahoe, so my experience is way too limited to have formed any sort of expert opinion.

Right now, they're all kill games. Overconservatives may not like kill games. One advantage, among others, is that a kill game benefits the better player. The better player will be in fewer pots so he'll post the kill less often. His maximizing of mistakes of others will also be magnified a little more as the price(monetarily) is higher. There also can be more steal situations as some opponents will be timid about the money.

One downside is that kill games will bust people faster.

Somewhere in the 'magazine forum' Dude had a couple threads about games involving a 'rock'. Which has the same benefit as the kill.
